Steam shopper beta provides preliminary enter assist for PS5 DualSense controller

We have been completely impressed by Sony’s newest controller, the PlayStation 5 DualSense. It is received candy adaptive triggers, and its haptic motors and microphone can mix to allow you to play the soundtrack to Doom. They’re good for video games too, apparently. And now, the latest version of the Steam client beta provides “preliminary enter assist” for it, noting that, “Superior options corresponding to rumble, trackpad, and gyro are usually not but supported.”

It is a begin. Even when you’re not utilizing the beta shopper, utilizing the Outline Format possibility in Steam’s controller settings will let you plug in a DualSense and get it working, minus the superior options. The open-source group device DS4Windows has early support for it as properly.
